Welcome to Franklin Regional Council of Governments

The Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) is a regional organization offering a variety of programming, products and services, both on the municipal and regional level, to our member towns. We serve the 26 towns of Franklin County, the most rural county in Massachusetts and located in the upper Connecticut River Valley in the western part of the state.

This site will provide you with information about all of our programs and current projects, our staff and committees, and provide access to many of our current publications and regional links.
