Code Compliance sheet must have at minimum :
- Use group(s)
- For mixed use groups, method of compliance with Section 313
- Construction Type, including fire resistance ratings from Table 602
- Allowed and actual height and area limitations, modifications.
- If street frontage increase is proposed, submit perimeter calculations
- Occupant loads
- Means of Egress (required/actual)
- Number
- Length of travel
- Width
- Fire protection systems(required/actual)
- Interior finishes(required/actual)
- Accessibile Components for public buildings(required/actual)
