Code Compliance sheet must have at minimum :

• Use group(s)
• For mixed use groups, method of compliance with Section 313
• Construction Type, including fire resistance ratings from Table 602
• Allowed and actual height and area limitations,  modifications.
  • If street frontage increase is proposed, submit perimeter calculations
• Occupant loads
• Means of Egress (required/actual)
  • Number
  • Length of travel
  • Width
• Fire protection systems(required/actual)
• Interior finishes(required/actual)
