Franklin County Cooperative Inspection Program
The 8th Edition Base(Commercial) Code for Massachusetts has been approved and is in effect as of August 6, 2010. Massachusetts has adopted the 2009 International Building Code. This code can be purchased along with the International Mechanical Code, the International Energy Conservation Code, and the International Existing Building Code at the ICC Website. Front-end ammendments have yet to be published. Check the DPS website for further information.The concurrency period has not been determined.
