Franklin County Cooperative Inspection Program
The 7th Edition Base(Commercial) Code for Massachusetts has been approved and is scheduled to be published in July, 2008. It is based on the International Building Code and will be effective at time of publication. There will be a six month overlap period, where the designer may choose either the 6th or 7th edition to follow in its entirety.
