When filling out application:
- Do not use "x" or back buttons.
- If you are not the homeowner, you will need to supply a homeowner's e-mail address so that he/she can authorize you to do the work. (If owner does not have e-mail, type in chris@frcog.org and supply her with a signed contract or a written authorization from owner).
- You must check box that says "I do hereby certify....." at the bottom of the page for the submit button to appear.

- If after you submit the application, you see a "pay now" button you may proceed to pay on-line, otherwise, check the site, at least 24 hours after submitting, to see if a fee has been determined. If it has, you will see it under the column "Fee" and you may pay it on-line or by check made out to FRCOG.
